Together with Boron, this stuff works in my system in increasing Free testosterone levels. I'm a 71 yr old male, supplement freak, with a daily arsenal of 33 different bottles of vitamins / supplements.I noticed a difference within 4 days. Relatively new to taking these types of supplements, I noticed that some competitive offerings were only a 2700 mg or less daily. I also researched outside of the hype ads, and found that Boron and D-Aspartic Acid are the only two products that really can work in this arena, which is over-run with over hyped, over advertised, over priced products. That's why I tend to stack my own recipes of the key ingredients, minerals, supplements / vitamins when addressing the health issues of concern to Senior men..
this stuff works will buy again
This one is good
Tried a couple of different powers, non mixed well. The capsules are easy to take and appear to work as well or better that any other product I tried.
Great product, great price; I was pleased.
Edit: 1/1/18I stopped taking this product after six weeks. I felt more energy at first but after a few days had stomach pain. Felt similar to having bad gas that wouldn’t pass. The last week I took it my stomach hurt every night. So, I stopped taking it and feel normal now after two weeks. Not sure if it’s a coincidence, but that was my result. Could be some underlying factor, however._______________I have been taking this product for about a week now and wanted to post a review. I will post another review in 60 days about the results.I am an exercise physiologist major at university in my senior year. I train 90-120 minutes a day in 1-2 sessions in the gym. Heavy weight lifting exclusively. I am a former sponsored athlete of Cliff Bars, Chipotle and Chic-Fil-A. My last body building coach trained with Frank Zane and Ronnie Coleman. To give you some background on my perspective. My girlfriend is in school to be a nutritionist and I just took nutrition in spring semester and made a perfect score. So. Here is my review.I was looking at this product after bodybuilding .com recommended it. Some people also take Boron. My bodybuilding coach told me if I wanted to get extra testosterone, the best method would be to get a prescription from the doctor for test. I don't want to do that, but if you do, that's the safest way to do it.As for this product, I met with a general manager of GMC who recommended it when I brought it up during a workout. I asked around to several body building coaches, a neurologist, and a few doctors, and most did not know about it. The only exception being the GMC manager. So I decided to pull the trigger after a few weeks of looking over the product. Some people have complained about head-aches and stomach pain, but here's the thing: don't start off with just 4 capsules a day. One day have 1 capsule, the second day have 2, the third 3, then go to 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening by the fourth day. Only take the product after you eat.The other products I am currently on are iron capsule in the morning, and fish oil in the evening. I also take creatine every day. Flaxseed would also be a good alternative to fish oil. I do not take multi-vitamins anymore. It's best to get all your nutrition from your actual food than overdosing on multi-vitamins. Multivitamins can overdose you, by taking too much of Vitamin X, it will prevent your body from absorbing Vitamin X2.But after taking this product for a week, I feel great. Last night I blasted out a back workout and felt wide awake at 9pm at night. Which is rare for me to *feel like I'm caffeinated even when I wasn't. I did have some gastro-intestinal pressure yesterday when I woke up, but that passed. It could be related to this product but it could also be apart of something strange I ate the day before. There are a lot of factors that could go into play.I'd recommend this product so far. We will see in 60 days. I feel like I have more energy and am having stronger lifts, but that could also be all placebo affects. But hey, do whatever you want. If you want to try it, just do it.Good luck.I am not a doctor. I am not getting my test levels checked by a doctor during this 60 day trial. It may just be bro-science, but if it works, it works. There is also risk to anything in life. There could be underlying risks to putting anything into your body. Then again, you could get hit by a car today. Or die of cardiovascular disease. Or vampires. Most likely car wreck or CVD, but hey, who knows.Posted - Nov 8 2017Edit: I talked to my Cellular Biology Professor about it. Testosterone is made out of lipids (fats). D-AA's are amino acid monomers that build proteins. Not lipids. It probably doesn't increase your test levels but it does help, not sure why it helps, but not the reason it says it does. But it still is effective for recovery and energy.
Working great
